Discover the community that allows you to work HOW you want, and WHEN you want.

A 9-5 work day and 40 hour work week is something that was created 200 years ago (literally) to support fairer working conditions for factory workers during the industrial revolution. The fact that we are still working in this manner 200 years later, when the work we do, and how we live our lives has changed considerably is just CRAZY.

For a long time, I’ve been looking for an alternative way to work that provides more freedom, flexibility and satisfaction. That’s how I discovered the amazing organisation, The Hoxby Collective, and I wanted to share with all of you babes out there so you could get amongst too.

The Hoxby Collective is a global group of freelancers that work where they want, and when they want. The community’s entire ethos is around working in line with your individual “workstyle” – whatever suits you, and whatever makes you happy. Yaassssss. ๐Ÿ™Œ

So if you want to work from the beach or the jungle, or wherever in the world – you can. If you prefer to work at night and do other things during the day – you can. It’s the future of work and it’s all about flexibility. It is amazing.

I have been working with Hoxby for over a year now, and the community is made up of the most supportive, positive and inspiring people. They all believe in the same values – that your work should fit around your life, and not the other way around. While I’m only working part-time with them at the moment, when I take the leap in October and abandon 9-5 life for good, they’ll be there to help me do it.

Check out their intro video for a shit-tonne of inspo:

If you are interested in joining this amazing collective too you can check out the website here, where it gives you all the dets. Make sure to mention ‘Jes Lee’ in the referral section if you do sign up – I don’t earn a commission or anything, just some browny points. ๐Ÿ˜‰

See ya later, 9-5 life.
